  I normally boycott a place when they forget my chicken salt. And this place always forgets! But I keep coming back because it truly is the best fish and chips that I can find on the Gold Coast. And at a decent price too (considering it's in Paradise Point where everything is normally airport prices).

  We stopped in because of the good reviews but the food was ordinary, we were disappointed. The fish had that muddy taste (hubby didn't eat) and calamari and prawn cutlets seemed to be made from composite rather than whole prawns & actual rings of calamari. The chips and batter on the fish were good but if you're about the actual seafood suggest go elsewhere.

  Really like this place. Friendly staff who believe in good old fashioned service. Very generous portions (am yet to finish) Beautifully cooked and not greasy. If you are extra lucky you'll be offered some home made soup while you wait. Highly recommended.

  Fantastic quality fish and chips and great service. Bonus that they have gluten-free batter for those that have an intolerance like me. Have been 4 times now and never disappoints. Highly recommend!
